Let's Talk !

Reaching out can feel like a significant step. You do not need to know exactly what kind of help you need, and you do not need to have everything worked out before contacting us.

You are welcome to begin with a simple, private conversation.

A PERSONAL COMMITMENT

The Ethical Standards Behind Our Support

Every person who reaches out to The Prehab entrusts me with something deeply personal. I understand that trust, and I do not take it lightly.

What you share is treated as private and professionally confidential. I will not contact or share information with family members, friends, employers, referring professionals, treatment providers, or other third parties without your prior written consent.

The limited exceptions relate to serious and immediate safety concerns, safeguarding responsibilities, or circumstances in which disclosure is legally required. Wherever reasonably possible, I will discuss these concerns with you first.

You remain at the centre of every decision. You will never be pressured into counselling, rehabilitation, disclosure, or any particular course of action. My role is to help you understand what may be happening, consider the options available, and make informed choices that feel appropriate for your life and circumstances.

Client-centred support does not mean avoiding difficult conversations. When clinically relevant, I may invite you to look more closely at patterns, risks, contradictions, or choices that may be affecting your wellbeing. Honest feedback and therapeutic challenge will always be offered with care, respect, compassion, and at a pace that considers your readiness and level of comfort.

The Prehab does not accept referral commissions, brokerage payments, or financial incentives for directing people towards rehabilitation centres, treatment programmes, or other services. Any recommendation I make will be based solely on your individual needs, clinical appropriateness, and informed choice.

The counselling relationship will continue only for as long as it remains purposeful, appropriate, and beneficial to you. My aim is not to create unnecessary dependence on therapy or on me as your therapist, but to support greater clarity, confidence, self-understanding, emotional stability, and independence.

Ethical care also requires me to remain professionally grounded and emotionally available. I give appropriate priority to personal wellbeing, reflective practice, clear professional boundaries, continuing professional development, and clinical supervision whenever required. Where another professional, medical service, or treatment setting may be better suited to your needs, I will discuss this openly and responsibly.

I believe that I cannot genuinely offer steadiness, care, safety, and emotional presence to another person unless I also protect and maintain those qualities within myself.

Above all, I want The Prehab to be a place where you feel heard without judgement, supported without pressure, challenged without being diminished, and respected as the person who ultimately holds the right to make decisions about your own life.

With care, respect, and professional responsibility,
